Meet Our Leadership Team​
​David Chen – Visionary Leader and Mentor
David Chen founded PVS as a continuation of his journey to help founders realize their visions to change the world. His focus is conscious entrepreneurship as a framework applied to startup companies with intention to scale their growth and make massive positive impact. Previously David founded the AngelVest Group, a community of angel investors focusing on cross-border investment opportunities in Asia. His leadership has propelled startups to success, leveraging his deep network and experience in early-stage investments.

Notable investments include Hanson Robotics (creators of Sophia the Robot), Abpro, and Light Phone. David saw the vision in robots and AI more than a decade ago which resulted in an investment in Hanson Robotics. He believes the future potential of startups is in the intersection of AI, decentralized systems (as represented by blockchain), and consciousness.
​David’s commitment to authentic leadership and conscious entrepreneurship drives PVS’s mission. With a background that includes advisory roles for prominent organizations, David is passionate about equipping entrepreneurs with the tools to succeed while making a positive societal impact. David earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester, and MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jyothish Daniel – Expert in Turnarounds and Strategic Growth
With over 25 years of executive experience, Jyothish Daniel is a seasoned strategist in turnaround management, operations, and organizational design. At Portadam, a PE-backed firm in the climate resilience sector, he successfully reversed losses, implemented robust operational processes, and guided the company to a successful acquisition.

Jyothish’s leadership has been instrumental in driving growth at organizations like The Conti Group, Blinds-to-Go, General Motors, and Mackie Automotive. Armed with degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and MBA from Harvard Business School, he is committed to helping founders optimize operational efficiency and scale their businesses sustainably.
Ji Young Choi – Innovator and Strategic Advisor
Ji Young Choi is a dynamic leader with a track record of innovation across industries, including healthcare, transportation, and SaaS platforms. As Chief Strategy Officer at Forta, she transformed autism therapy by drastically reducing treatment wait times through AI-enabled solutions.

Her entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding Teckst, a groundbreaking SaaS platform acquired by LiveVox, and leading Obi as COO, where she scaled operations to over 65 countries. Ji Young’s expertise in strategy consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton and Accenture complements her leadership experience, making her a key asset to PVS.

A passionate facilitator and philanthropist, Ji Young’s work extends beyond business. She has guided global enterprises through transformative programs and supported nonprofits like the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Her holistic approach ensures PVS’s mission is grounded in both innovation and conscious impact. Ji Young earned her BS in Business Administration from Cornell University.
